Determine ovulation:

The menstrual cycle is the number of days counting from the first day of menstruation in a month, to before the day of the next period. Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the next period. Depending on the menstrual cycle is regular or irregular, the number of days to suspect ovulation can be one or more days.

People with regular menstrual cycle:

Use test strips continuously for 5 days (before and 2 days after the day of suspected ovulation, 1 test each day at the same time).

People with irregular menstrual cycle:

Use the test strip continuously from before the suspected ovulation date of the shortest menstrual cycle 2 days to after the suspected ovulation date of the longest menstrual cycle 2 days.

How to test:
Collect urine for testing at the same time each day (between 10am and 8pm), do not use the first urine sample of the day.
Remove the test strips from the pouch and use them within 10 minutes (each test strip is for single use only).
Dip the test strip into the urine cup in the direction of the arrow, so that the surface of the urine does not exceed the arrowhead printed on the test strip.
After 10-15 seconds, take the test strip out and lay it horizontally on a clean, dry surface, read the results after 5 minutes and before 10 minutes.

Results:
Not ovulating (on the picture says: No LH Surge): On the test strip, there is only one C line or there is an additional T line but the color is lighter than the C line.
There are signs of ovulation (on the drawing: LH Surge): On the test strip, both C and T lines appear on the test strip, the T line is as dark as or more than the C line, signaling ovulation may occur within 24 to Next 48 hours.
If you want to get pregnant, the best time to have intercourse is after 24 hours and before 48 hours from the time of the test.
Failed (on the figure: Invalid): On the test strip, both C and T lines do not appear (due to incorrect test operation, urine sample failed or improperly stored). It is recommended to try again with a new test strip.
