Delivery Policy
Due to the epidemic situation and high demand, the process and delivery time may take 1-3 days and we only take orders in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, according to Directive 16, we can not deliver after 6pm daily. We hope you understand and stay safe during the pandemic.
A. Delivery
We only deliver in Ho Chi Minh City and Thu Duc City. The order will be received within 1-3 working days.
The shipping fee will be displayed in your cart at checkout.

We are partnershipping with Ahamove, 247Express, Ship60 and Lalamove to bring our products to you.
B. Shipping Information
Our shipping partner will contact you right before delivery.
Please call our Customer Service immediately at 1900 638 082 to be supported in delivery time.
In case the order has not been successfully delivered to you for the first time, the delivery agent will contact you to reschedule the second delivery.
If we are unable to contact you or your order is not successfully delivered for the second time, the order will be canceled by the system.
Payment Policy
Docosan only accepts online payments or transfers to limit contact during the pandemic
- Payment method: Onepay payment gateway applies to all ATM, VISA, MASTERCARD cards; Transfer to our company account.
- For VAT invoice , please inform Docosan during order process
Return & Refund Policy
Please check your order carefully when you receive it. Docosan only accepts refunds in the following cases:
- Defective order: broken, running out of testing liquid (for Covid test kit), package shows signs of being opened.
- Orders delivered after the 3rd day from the order date (excluding Saturday, Sunday)
- Docosan will refund to you after receiving your order.
